Step into a world where fairy tales get turned upside down in Doylestown Theatre Academy’s production of Shrek Jr.! Based on the beloved animated film and hit Broadway musical, this lively, laugh-out-loud show follows everyone’s favorite ogre, Shrek, on an unexpected quest to rescue a feisty princess and reclaim his peaceful swamp. Along the way, he’s joined by a wisecracking Donkey and a hilarious cast of misfit fairy tale characters who prove that true friendship can be found in the most unlikely places.
